Justice & Court Services
At Kennedy's Circle of Wellness, we believe that involvement with the justice system does not define a person's future. Our Justice & Court Services are designed to promote accountability, healing, rehabilitation, and long-term success through evidence-based behavioral health interventions and supportive programming.
We partner with treatment courts, probation and parole agencies, attorneys, county human service programs, correctional facilities, and community organizations to provide high-quality services that address the underlying factors contributing to justice involvement. Our experienced team works collaboratively with participants to strengthen decision-making, improve emotional wellness, build healthy coping skills, and support successful reintegration into their families, workplaces, and communities.
Whether services are court-ordered, referral-based, or voluntarily sought, we are committed to delivering compassionate, culturally responsive care that empowers individuals to make meaningful, lasting changes.

Corrections/Probation Groups
Our Corrections/Probation Groups provide structured, supportive group sessions for individuals involved in the corrections system or on probation. In a respectful, non-judgmental environment, participants work on accountability, healthy decision-making, emotional regulation, and the practical skills needed for successful reintegration. Our facilitators focus on building insight, reducing recidivism, and helping each person move forward with dignity and purpose.
Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT)
Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) is an evidence-based cognitive-behavioral program designed to enhance moral reasoning, improve decision-making, and reduce the likelihood of reoffending. Delivered through structured, step-by-step group work, MRT helps participants examine their beliefs and behaviors, develop healthier relationships, and build a positive identity. Our program includes a specialization in Domestic Violence, guiding participants toward accountability, empathy, and lasting behavioral change in a safe and structured setting.
Treatment Court
Our Treatment Court services offer compassionate, individualized support for participants navigating treatment and specialty court programs. Working collaboratively within the court framework, we address underlying mental health and substance use concerns, provide accountability and encouragement, and help participants develop the coping strategies and stability needed to meet program goals. Our approach emphasizes healing, growth, and long-term success.
Individual therapy for justice-involved clients
Our Individual Therapy for Justice-Involved Clients provides personalized, evidence-based counseling for individuals involved in probation, parole, treatment court, diversion programs, or other areas of the criminal justice system. We recognize that lasting change begins by addressing the underlying factors that contribute to justice involvement, including trauma, mental health concerns, substance use, emotional regulation, and unhealthy behavioral patterns.
Our licensed therapists work collaboratively with each client to develop practical coping skills, improve decision-making, strengthen relationships, and support successful community reintegration. Whether therapy is court-ordered or self-initiated, we provide a respectful, nonjudgmental environment focused on accountability, personal growth, and long-term success.
