At Kennedy’s Circle of Wellness, our yoga instructors are not only certified in trauma-informed practices but also receive ongoing mental health training to ensure a deeply supportive experience for every client. Their approach integrates mindfulness, movement, and emotional awareness to promote healing and balance.Our instructors offer personalized one-on-one sessions designed to help alleviate symptoms associated with mental health challenges such as stress, anxiety, and depression. In addition to individual care, they also lead inclusive group classes that foster connection, resilience, and self-regulation in a safe and welcoming environment.Whether you're just beginning your healing journey or seeking additional support, our trauma-informed yoga team is here to guide you with compassion and expertise.

Naomi is a trauma informed yoga instructor with 500 hours of training. She meets clients where they're at while assisting them with creating realistic wellness goals for optimal growth. Naomi classes are focused on breath control, mindful movement, and energy flow. You can expect to add on strength, stretch muscles and limbs, sweat, release and detoxify the body, all the while vibing to tunes.

Whitney Bingham has been a certified 200 hour wellness and yoga teacher since 2018.
She’s Trained in trauma informed care and mental health First aid. Whitney offers alternative healing and spiritual service such as sound healing, Reiki energy healing and mindfulness meditation. Whitney has also been a certified Doula since 2021 offering prenatal yoga and birth services.

Brianna is a certified Yoga Teacher, Art for Wellness Instructor and nutrition coach with a Masters Degree and a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts. She is dedicated to helping her clients with their health and wellness goals. She is a provider for CCS adults and CCS kids. She provides in home, in office, and video sessions.
"I first gravitated to yoga looking for relief from my chronic back pain. Nothing else seemed to work until I tried yoga. Over 10 years practiced and my mind and body have changed drastically. While I was building my personal yoga practice, I was able to gain body confidence, relieve my chronic back pain, stretch and strengthen my muscles and gain a healthy lifestyle.
Yoga also gave me the tools to crave healthy, nutritious foods over the junk. My goal is to get you moving and eating healthy as you gracefully age in this life."

Daniela's yoga journey began in 2015, using yoga as a tool to release stress and tension and for mental and emotional wellness. Yoga helped her find peace.
In 2018, Daniela completed her 200-hr yoga teacher training certification with Inner Light Yoga Studios and would like to use yoga to foster positive change and to empower her students to bring awareness and meditative practices to their daily lives.
Her teaching style is dynamic and interactive, simple and playful; encouraging students to explore their own movement and breath.

Adwoa is a certified Yoga Teacher and therapeutic arts provider. She holds a bachelors degree in communications and is currently in graduate school obtaining her masters degree in clinical counseling and art therapy.
Adwoa integrates mindfulness, breathwork, movement, and creative expression to support emotional balance, trauma recovery, and self-discovery.
Her approach is rooted in the belief that healing is a full-body experience—combining traditional yoga practices with therapeutic modalities that are inclusive, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed. Adwoa works with both youth and adults, helping clients reconnect with their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and cultivate inner peace.
Whether leading group classes, individual sessions, or creative therapeutic workshops, Adwoa creates a safe, nurturing space where clients can explore wellness at their own pace.

Tamia is a certified yoga instructor who specializes in providing healing-centered yoga for adults. With a focus on mindfulness, breathwork, and restorative movement, she supports individuals in navigating stress, trauma, and emotional overwhelm through body-based practices.
Her classes offer a calming, nonjudgmental space where adults can reconnect with themselves, improve flexibility and strength, and cultivate inner peace.

Elizabeth is a dedicated yoga instructor passionate about helping others connect mind, body, and spirit. Elizabeth
began her yoga practice after the sudden passing of her mother in 2015. Yoga helped her through her grief, connect with her body, and quiet her mind. The healing
power of the practice is a gift she wishes to share. She guides individuals through the movement of the poses, breath-work, and meditation. It is her hope she can assist individuals to rediscover their spirit.

In her current role as a Daily Living Skills Specialist for children, Jeyshka provides personalized support to help young individuals build essential skills for independence.

Raquel Richter, APSW

Raquel is a dedicated social worker who believes in the power of connection, compassion, and context. Her clinical approach is rooted in the person-in-environment perspective, honoring the unique interplay between an individual’s lived experiences and their environment. Whether clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or grief, Raquel creates a safe and supportive space where healing feels possible.
She works with adults, children, couples, and veterans, drawing from a variety of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and a strengths-based approach. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, curious, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s inner resilience.
Raquel earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and brings clinical experience from her work in both individual and couples therapy at the Milwaukee VA Medical Center. She also served as a veterinary social worker at BluePearl Pet Hospital, where she supported clients through the loss of beloved animals- a deeply human and often overlooked form of grief.
Outside of her clinical work, Raquel is an avid reader and equestrian. As a riding instructor with experience in equine-assisted therapy and learning, she brings a unique perspective to the therapeutic process—one shaped by the healing, trust, and growth fostered through human-animal connections.
Raquel is passionate about walking alongside individuals through life’s difficult seasons and supporting their journey toward personal growth and emotional well-being.

Krystal Roberts, LCSW

Krystal is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with five years of experience focusing on wellness and mental health as a whole body practice. Her experience also includes working with many demographics, including ages five through the end of life. In her sessions, she focus on using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and a few others in order to help clients improve. Krystal often work with clients to address trauma as well as understand behaviors caused by trauma. She views her clients as a whole, not just mental health issues. Many of her clients have said "I love that she consider my culture and societal issues.” Krystal take the time to understand that there are also environmental factors that affect mental health.

As the Lead Therapist for Group Therapy and Group Trainings at Kennedy’s Circle of Wellness, she facilitates dynamic, healing-centered group experiences that promote emotional growth, community support, and personal empowerment. Her work blends traditional talk therapy with expressive arts to support clients in processing emotions, reducing stress, and discovering their unique voice.
Shaquan is deeply committed to serving the community and advocating for accessible, culturally responsive mental health care. It ignited her passion for helping people, as well as mental health. April earned her undergraduate degree from Carroll College, and her master's degree from University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. April has worked with a variety of age groups, races, and socio-economic status. She has experience working with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, among other mental health concerns. She has also worked with children who struggle with behavioral issues, self esteem, anxiety, depression, along with those living with Autism. April uses interventions such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Client Centered therapy, not only to manage the symptoms, but to address the root of problems. Fun Fact 1: Dr. Kennedy thrived as a psychotherapist by being her true authentic self. She was raised in Milwaukee's worst zip code, 53206. Living in this neighborhood gave her direct experience and understanding of poverty, crime, undiagnosed mental illnesses, substance abuse, lack of resources and other related struggles. She has a "home girl" energy that helps her clients and peers to feel comfortable with no filters.
Fun Fact 2: Dr. Kennedy loves to travel, listen to trap music, and spend time with friends and family.
