Message From Brianna

I first gravitated to yoga looking for relief from my chronic back pain. Nothing else seemed to work until I tried yoga. Over 10 years practiced and my mind and body have changed drastically. While I was building my personal yoga practice, I was able to gain body confidence, relieve my chronic back pain, stretch and strengthen my muscles and gain a healthy lifestyle.

Yoga also gave me the tools to crave healthy, nutritious foods over the junk. My goal is to get you moving and eating healthy as you gracefully age in this life.
