Join us for a community-centered yoga wellness class designed especially for those who love hip-hop, movement, and good vibes. This session uses breath work, stretching, and guided grounding techniques paired with clean hip-hop/Trap-inspired beats to help reduce stress, improve focus, and support emotional wellness.
