Calm Your Mind Yoga Class
The Calm Your Mind Yoga Class is a gentle, beginner friendly yoga experience designed to help individuals slow down, reset, and reconnect with their bodies. This class focuses on mindful movement, intentional breathing, and relaxation techniques that support emotional balance and stress relief.
Participants will be guided through simple yoga poses, breathing exercises, and grounding practices that help calm the nervous system, improve focus, and reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety. The class is welcoming to all levels, including those who have never practiced yoga before.
