About the event
Art & Expression Night is a two-hour community wellness experience designed to encourage healing through creativity. Participants are invited to paint, write, listen, and share in a safe environment centered on openness, respect, and emotional release.
Our on-site therapists will facilitate grounding exercises, offer emotional support, and help guide reflections throughout the evening. Whether youโre an artist, a poet, or simply curious, this event is a chance to connect, heal, and express freely.
