Kennedy's Circle of Wellness is a holistic center that provides a variety of mental health services. Available services include psychotherapy,EMDR therapy, wellness coaching, sound healing, yoga, and meditation to children, teens, and adults. These services are all ways to help individuals alleviate symptoms due to stress, sadness, anger, and much more. Stress reduction alone can reduce the chances of developing serious health conditions. Our intent is to help individuals complete their own personalized circle of wellness.

Wellness Coaching

Insurance is accepted for psychotherapy and EMDR sessions.

All other private sessions are self pay

 Psychotherapy is a service aimed to help individuals understand their feelings, and what makes them feel positive, angry, anxious, depressed or euphoric. In addition, helping individuals heal in a more constructive way while teaching effective coping strategies. 

EMDR Therapy
EMDR is a trauma focused therapy that uses bilateral stimulation to activate and reprocess traumatic memories. After successfully completing EMDR therapy, affective distress is relieved, negative beliefs are reformulated, and physiological arousal is reduced. Studies show that 84%-90% of single-trauma victims no longer have post-traumatic stress disorder after completing the EMDR treatment. 

Wellness Coaching

Wellness coaching is a practical service that uses unique sustainable strategies to achieve overall wellness. Coaches help clients scale thier wellness demensions and set attainable goals. The coach will hold the client accountable and monitor their progress to success.

Yoga and Meditation 

Yoga is a spiritual, mental and physical discipline, which helps attain permanent internal peace with consistency.  Meditative techniques can be calming and energizing. It increases your ability to be mindful, focused, and calm. Yoga and meditation helps reduce stress, anxiety, and physical pain.  

Sound Healing

Sound healing involves using sound vibrations to relax your mind and body. Sound can shift frequencies from low energy of guilt and fear to higher vibrations of love and joy. Sound healing is the use of sacred instruments or voice to release energetic blockages inducing a state of ease and harmony in the body.  When vibrations travel through the body, they promote circulation, energy flow, and rejuvenation. The frequency of the sound synchronizes with the brainwaves and activates destress responses in the body.
